The Uniplay model features VHAF technology (Vertical and Horizontal Angular Fibers). This, along with its four-centimeter elastic base, makes it one of the safest and most suitable products for children to enjoy, offering protection against falls from up to three meters high. Uniplay is made of 100% polypropylene and requires a generous layer of extra-fine silica sand fill (15 kg per square meter) during installation. This sand fill makes it fire-resistant, aids in fiber recovery, and helps it remain upright for longer.

Once clean, the elastic base is installed, and then the geotextile mesh is placed on top to provide firmness and durability to the surface. This will create a more compact surface.

Next, we need to lay the artificial grass. In this case, we’ll use the Kidsplay product in four colors. Before cutting and gluing the panels, we need to assess the space and carefully plan the color layout.

Once everything is clear, we measure and cut. To glue the seams between the artificial grass panels, we’ll use hot-joint tape in this case, while to glue the perimeter we’ll need a bit of two-component polyurethane adhesive to prevent it from coming loose in the future.

Finally, we will need to fill the surface with plenty of silica sand so that the filament remains upright for longer, also providing the necessary safety for the little ones.
