With daily use—especially in high-traffic areas or where furniture is placed—the fibers may lose their upright position. Brushing against the grain with a synthetic-bristle brush helps restore volume, maintain a uniform appearance, and extend the lifespan of the turf.
It is not necessary to do it every week, but it should be done regularly during the months of heaviest use.
2. Keep the surface free of leaves and debris.
Although artificial grass does not need to be mowed or fertilized, it is advisable to keep the surface clean.
Removing leaves, branches, flowers, or plant debris prevents the accumulation of dirt and promotes proper water drainage when it rains or the garden is being cleaned.
A leaf blower or a simple plastic rake is usually enough to keep the lawn in perfect condition.
3. Clean up spills before they dry.
